At Sphere, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We understand the importance of receiving your Sphere snacks fresh and fast. That’s why we ship all orders with cold packs and insulation to maintain the highest quality during transit. Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase. Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the shipping carrier or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary based on your location, the size of your order, and the chosen shipping method. All shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States and exclusively to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
Order Tracking

Shipping Issues & Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking information. If there are any issues or if your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
