At Sphere, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Each of our protein energy balls is crafted with care using premium, perishable ingredients to ensure freshness upon arrival. For this reason, we do not accept returns on any products.
Quality Guarantee
If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or otherwise does not meet our quality standards, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Care team can be reached at contact@spheresnacks.com. Simply provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with any relevant photos if possible.
Refunds & Replacements
If your product arrives in poor condition, we are happy to offer one of the following options:
- Replacement: We’ll ship a new package of the same product to you at no additional cost.
- Refund: We’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method, which may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that these options are only available for products reported within the specified 7-day period.
